• Clean and Dry the Skin: Ensure the area is clean and free of oils, lotions, or sweat for optimal absorption.
• Apply Like Sunscreen: Massage a sufficient amount of gel onto the desired area until fully absorbed. Use enough gel to cover the target area.
• Massage Gently: Rub the gel in circular motions until it is completely absorbed.
Daily Use
• Use up to three times daily on areas of focus as part of your routine for a soothing experience.
• Common application areas include the face, neck, spine, underarms, lower back, and shoulders.
Active Lifestyle Use
• Apply before and after physical activity to areas you plan to engage.
• For pre-activity use, apply to clean, dry skin approximately 30–45 minutes prior.
• Apply after exercise as part of your cooldown and wellness routine.
