SHIPPING

Please visit the checkout page in our shop to estimate shipping charges. 

Orders within domestic USA can be shipped either via "Standard Shipping" or using our "3 Business Day Delivery" service. Both services ship several third party carriers including UPS, DHL, and OnTrac. Standard shipping primarily ships with USPS.

For "Standard Shipping", orders require 2 business days for processing, and then typically require 3 - 5 business days for delivery.

For "3 Business Day Delivery", orders placed before noon EST will be delivered within 3 business days. Orders placed after noon EST will be fulfilled the following day, and then require 3 business days for shipment.

Orders to Canada require 2 business days for processing. Shipments typically take 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

In order to ship to Canada, please ensure that you have "CAD $" selected in the top right corner of the website (shown below). This will the products that ship within Canada on the product page.

CLOTHING SHIPMENTS

Clothing orders shipped from the United States to other countries (for example Canada) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Account login. Login to the LactiGo website to control anything about your subscription effortlessly and instantly.

Subscriptions on cruise control. Choose how much LactiGo you would like to receive every month. We look after everything else.

Flexible delivery dates. Effortlessly manage how much LactiGo you receive, when it arrives and the way you pay. Login to your dedicated portal from any device and easily update your settings.

Real-time notifications. We alert you before each delivery or if there are any problems with your account, making it easy for you to keep track of your subscription.
