Requirements

    Level of Play

    The team must compete at a level above high school. This includes Professional, Semi-Professional, Collegiate, International/National, or Major Junior/Amateur organizations.

    High School Note: Standard high school teams are ineligible. Exceptions may be granted for nationally ranked or elite programs with the Athletic Director’s sign-off and a compliance review.

    Verified Team Status

    The team must be a legitimate, active sports organization.

    Application

    Completion and approval of the official Team Sign-Up Form is required.

    Minimum Order

    An initial order of $1,000 USD (or equivalent) is required to activate the account.

    Verified Email Domain

    The primary contact must use a team or organization-verified email address (for example, not Gmail, Yahoo, or other generic domains).

    Authorized Purchaser

    The individual placing orders must be an authorized representative of the team.

    Referral Code

    Have a referral code from who invited you to the LactiGo team program.
