The LactiGo Menthol Sales Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) on July 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on July 7, 2025, unless extended or terminated earlier at the discretion of Ethoderm Inc. (the “Sponsor”).

Open to authorized LactiGo Ambassadors with active tracking links and/or codes registered through LactiGo.com. Participants must be in good standing under the LactiGo Ambassador program and comply with all applicable laws and LactiGo policies. Void where prohibited.

All sales will be tracked using participant-specific links and/or discount codes associated with the LactiGo Ambassador platform on LactiGo.com. Purchases made during the VIP pre-sale also count towards volume. Only sales of LactiGo with Menthol products will count toward this promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to audit or disqualify any sales deemed fraudulent, returned, or otherwise invalid.

Each participant is eligible to win one (1) prize total during the Contest, regardless of the number of entries, sales volume, or qualification paths.

• The first nineteen (19) eligible participants to achieve a cumulative total of $10,000 in verified LactiGo with Menthol sales will each receive one (1) LactiGo-branded jersey. Jerseys will be awarded in the order sales milestones are achieved, as determined by time-stamped verification from the tracking platform.
• Sales Attribution Rule: When a sale is made by a referred participant, a maximum of $1,000 in sales credit may be attributed (“flowed up”) to the referring participant toward their own $10,000 milestone. Any additional sales beyond the $1,000 threshold per referred participant will only count toward the actual seller’s own milestone total.
• One (1) LactiGo jersey will be awarded by random draw from all participants who receive entries under Section 6.
• One (1) additional LactiGo jersey (the 21st overall) will be awarded by random draw from all individuals who make a qualifying purchase of at least one (1) bottle of LactiGo with Menthol during the Contest Period, regardless of ambassador status.

Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry into the bonus draw for every $450 in individual orders (pre-tax, pre-shipping) tracked to them via their unique link or code. The winner of this draw will receive one (1) LactiGo jersey.

A second phase of prize selection will occur in connection with a future event (details to be announced). Contest participants may be eligible for one or more of the following prizes, subject to the one-prize limit:

• Two (2) prize packs each consisting of one (1) airline ticket and one (1) ticket to the designated event.
• Eligibility Note: Only participants whose travel originates in Canada or the United States are eligible to receive prize packs that include airline tickets.
• Two (2) prize packs each consisting of hotel accommodation for the event and one (1) event ticket.
• Five (5) standalone event tickets.

Full eligibility criteria, selection process, and event details for these prizes will be announced separately by the Sponsor.

seven (7) business days after the end of the Contest Period. Each eligible entry will be assigned a unique identifier, and winners will be selected using a computerized random selection process to ensure fairness and impartiality. Draws will be conducted at the Sponsor’s offices or via a secure digital platform.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) business days, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate entrant by random draw.

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, travel documentation, or other expenses related to participation or prize acceptance.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time, for any reason. All decisions regarding participant eligibility, sales validation, and prize distribution are final and binding.

By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

This Contest is not open to residents of the province of Quebec. The Contest is governed by the laws of Nevada and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein. All entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nevada.
