Take the LactiGo Challenge to Find Your Peak Performance

Discover the most effective way to reach peak performance in each and every workout, no matter what kind of athlete you are.

Have you ever shown up to the gym and something just didn’t feel right? You can’t quite put your finger on it, but you don’t have that zip you need to power through an intense workout. LactiGo is here to help all kinds of athletes harness their full potential on every workout.

When to Use

With LactiGo Sports Gel, there is no three-week waiting period for your body to “get used” to a pill or powder, and it also doesn’t take several hours to properly digest. You simply rub it onto your body 45 minutes before your exercise, and then get to work.

The LactiGo Challenges are designed to show you the dramatic difference that LactiGo is going to make in every workout and sporting activity you do. They will give you a newfound appreciation for what your body is capable of.

For both of these challenges it is important to apply LactiGo correctly:

1) At least 45 minutes before exercise rub LactiGo on to the targeted areas of your body for the challenge.

2) Ensure that LactiGo has dried and is not wiped off on to your clothing. This should only take a minute or two.

3) Start the challenge once you’ve waited the 45 minutes!*

LactiGo Challenge 1 - Half and Half

1) Apply LactiGo to one side of your body (either the left or right)

2) Make sure that LactiGo has dried, and you’ve allowed for 45 minutes before beginning the challenge.

3) Start the Challenge:*

a. Pick a difficult exercise that you would normally do. This will depend on the normal activities you do, but we recommend something like squats, running, or rowing, where your endurance will be clearly tested. You can even select activities that isolate one side from the other, like bicep curls or single leg presses.

b. Perform the activity and notice how each side of your body feels. You should notice that the LactiGo side is still performing much better than the non-LactiGo side.

c. Ask yourself these questions:

  • Does one side feel like it can keep going?
  • Is one side ready to go again, sooner?
  • The next day, do you notice a difference in your recovery on one side?

LactiGo Challenge 2 - Further... faster

1) Apply LactiGo to all areas of your body that will be used in the exercise

2) Make sure that LactiGo has dried, and you’ve allowed for 45 minutes before beginning the challenge.

3) Start the Challenge:*

a. Pick an activity that you will do for a predetermined distance, time, or to failure. This activity should push your limits so you can really see the impact of LactiGo. Examples include:

  • A circuit you track on the Strava app
  • A hill climb on your bike
  • Rowing for X minutes
  • Jogging a standard route
  • Any weight lifting exercise at X weight

b. Perform that activity on a day where you feel good, and do NOT use any LactiGo. Note how your body feels at various stages of the exercise. If possible, track your time, reps, weights, etc.

c. A few days later, once your body has recovered from that activity, try it again, except this time with LactiGo. Apply LactiGo 45 minutes before performing the activity, then go through it again in the same manner.

d. Ask yourself these questions:

  • Were you able to complete your exercise faster?
  • Did you get more reps?
  • Did you feel like you could keep going at the end?
  • How was your recovery afterwards?
